We are a modern and highly specialized EZ meat cutting company (DE NI 10152 EG) and we see ourselves as partners to companies that produce sausages. Our main focus lies on an accurate standardization of raw materials
Priority areas are
- cutting pork heads
- production of pork trimmings in standard form: 80% meat / 20% fat
- packaging of pork ribs and pork tongues
- standardization of ground bacon
Quality
Strict quality management and the most accurate traceability of all raw materials ensures excellent quality of our products. The Safety through compliance with strict guidelines along the supply chain from purchasing to the final product will be archieved amongst others by the exclusiv work with suppliers, that are apply also excellent QM-procedures. In this context, we are subject to the control by neutral laboratories.
